    • Once you finish uploading tracks, they ask you to declare that the uploaded tracks are free from PRO registrations…

I saw that and didnt proceed…

        • I would advise that no one sell on this site based on My experience over a 4 year period 2013 through 2017. I earned a total of $300 to $400 and sent in a massive offering of music and described and keyworded all tracks properly. I’d often go 3 to 5 months with no sale at all. Their customer service is in the Phillipines. Music is very low on the list. They are not a competitive player in the music market at all. I deleted all my music. Not worth it at all! It’s these kinds of companies that should not get the support from professional music producers and yes…we are the folks that keep these places “in business”. I also think they are subscription. More of a reason to run away fast.

          • Hi Music1234….since it was non-exclusive can you just delete your tracks and upload them to another library without retitling…as long as they were not sold that your aware of just curious cause I was thinking about doing this….but wasn’t sure of the legalities of it…thanks

            • After closing your 123 RF account, you can license your 123 RF tracks anywhere you please. (Or with anyone who will accept them) And no you do not need to retitle them. Once an account is closed, it’s closed. They never owned any rights to anyone’s tracks from my memory, so there are no restrictions on what you do with your own intellectual property.

  2. Got the email, too.

They appear to be a semi-subscription based micro-licensing site. That started out selling stock images about 10 years ago. Looks like they’ve recently branched out into audio. Another version RVSTK, perhaps.

  3. Did anyone else receive an email recently from these people to join…? I’m not sure how they got my email address so it seems a bit sketchy to me.

I agree with art and Gary. Sounds like people who don’t really know the business looking for writers who know even less. They are reducing music to the level of stock photos.

  4. I received this e-mail from them. Pretty horrible commission levels for the average composer. I think I’ll pass.
