"Missing" Cue Title

Hey all, long time lurker, first time poster.

Not sure if this has been covered so forgive me if it has, but I like to keep track of which cues of mine are getting placed so I can be better informed of what works and what doesn’t. I’ve noticed on my ASCAP quarterly breakdowns, that half the time, it doesn’t say the track but just the show’s title, ie “Bachelor Cues” instead of the title of my actual cue. Is this just somebody rushing through filling out the cue sheet or…?

It usually means your track that was on the cue sheet has not been registered yet by the library, so ASCAP will register it under “show title cues”
