Hi Guys,
Having an issue with a project I did for a publisher about 4 years ago, which is a 15 track ‘album’.
I have had 3 or 4 projects with these guys before, which all have been paying out well and show up in my PRO database – which is PRS UK. All the tracks were registered by the publisher before, and all was well.
The problem is that this last project is not showing up under my PRO catalog, and I haven’t collected any royalties from it!
I have contacted, several times, both my PRO and the pubisher – and am now feeling like a tennis ball going back and forth between the 2 parties. PRO says contact the publisher, publisher says contact PRO etc, etc
I am up to the stage where I have been asked by PRS to get tunecodes from the publisher to get to the bottom of what’s going on. Heard nothing from the publisher as yet.
Any ideas on how to getting this sorted?

Have you contacted the publisher by email or by phone?
Yes. A phone call is probably best for situations like this. Sometimes emails get overlooked.
