Just a note to composers, from the owner of Brightmind Music:

Thanks to everyone who has submitted, however I should tell you that this is not a production music library. 95% percent of music that is signed is from real Indie Bands & Artists, as opposed to production music composers. If you are a composer who would like to submit, keep in mind the music must be very current sounding, and able to stand on its own, not just just for background sync The production value must be high.

    Good luck everyone!

Yes, this is a new company, really just getting underway. Production music composers don’t typically work with Brightmind, so I thought I would give a heads-up to those taking the time to submit, thats all.

And most of us here appreciate that very much.

So I have a question. Being I am new here, I couldn’t find a “general” forum so if anyone knows where it is, please let me know.
My question: I’ve been at the library thing just over a year and have signed about 200 pieces with 20 or so libraries. So what do I do now? Is there anything I can do to get placements?

    Thanks!!~

    Eb
