    Has anyone had this from a certain well known library and is it like Pond5s deal?
    I’m withholding the name of the Library but some of you might know who I’m talking about.
    Sign or not to sign ……..thoughts most welcome.

    “ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN COMPOSER UNDERSIGNED AND …………., INC.

    This addendum is set forth to clarify that ……….’s rights in and to the COMPOSITIONS extend beyond traditional media synchronization to encompass all licensing opportunities including but not limited to live events, on-air, on-site, intelligent systems, streamlined personal use, on-demand, digital platforms, and emerging technologies now known or hereafter devised (“ALTERNATIVE LICENSING”).

    Compensation to COMPOSER for ALTERNATIVE LICENSING will adhere to the same revenue share terms as set forth in the AGREEMENT. Where license fees associated with ALTERNATIVE LICENSING are accounted for on a per track basis, a 10% administration fee will be deducted.

    COMPOSER’S signature is binding on behalf of all co-writers and or rights holders of the COMPOSITIONS.

    Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, all other provisions of the AGREEMENT shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

    @bobsstudio I’ve been with them a long time, know the owner, so I signed. Others may disagree but we are all chasing pennies. 🙂

    Hi Art, thanks for reply. Yup I’ve been with him for 20 odd years. So I’m probably signing to.
    And I agree about the pennies.
