Hi All –
Read this today and thought it was something that should be shared here. I’m sure that some are already familiar with this case.
I can’t see how Aereo would possibly have ground to stand on, especially up against ABC legal. Thoughts MichaelL? Kind of scary for our business, though. Especially since the backbone of the case seems like it involves coming to a solid legal definition of what constitutes a “public performance”…
