A show on this channel is using over a minute of one of my cues. There are like 20 airings of this episode coming up. Are they still not affiliated with the PROs? Anyone have any insight?

Maddening isn’t it? I get 10 a day or so of Scripps detections on Tunesat, even some of the “exclusive” tracks. We take the good with the bad. AKAIK Scripps, generally, only direct licenses. There have been reports of a few exceptions though.

Are the libraries sharing any of the direct license fees they get from these places?

Zip, nada. SK, at one time, (for a year or two) paid a small amount at the end of the year but that seems to have stopped.

True but some libraries have it in their contract that they can direct license and they do.
