Need direct licensing assistance

I have a client who’s interested in one of my NE tracks for use as entrance theme in wrestling matches. I assume WWE or similar. need consultation on how to go about per direct licensing to him and specifics as far as terms, fees, etc….I know some here are entertainment lawyers and would appreciate some guidance or would like to avail your services…thanks
