Any thoughts on using Rident vs NRG to collect neighboring rights royalties for U.S. based composers?

    Thanks.

Been using Chris (Rident) for a few years now and get payments 2 to 3 times a year. Hard to say how that compares to what NRG would pay.

Was with NRG for over two years, and saw very little. Been with Rident for two years, and have seen a decent sum come in.

I’ve reached out to Rident via their website and directly to Chris and haven’t received a response. Is this typical?

@ Art, all of the tracks you have with Rident are non exclusives that were potentially sent to multiple publishers as retitles, correct? If so, do you have to register all of the retitle titles? (I would think so).

Many years ago this NRO called Music Reports was sending me nonstop compulsory license requests…..any experience with those guys?

Didn’t mean to hijack the thread.
