PRS payments to bank in Serbia?

Greetings everyone!
Is there anyone who receives payments from the PRS to a bank account in Serbia?
I did not receive one of the December payments to my account in Raiffeisen Bank of Serbia.

PRS support is trying to convince me that Serbia has been blacklisted by the intermediary bank that makes payments.
Explanations of support sound strange and vague. Quote: “They did not detail the reasoning but there must a risk of some sort if payments can get through” Sounds like nonsense.

Is there anyone who can confirm that problem?
