    Hi All
    To people with more years in the game. When you submit music to a library, and the auto reply email states the owner listens, but then a composer from the same library does.

    I’ve sent quite a few subs but never seen this before.

    Are you sure the composer isn’t also the owner (or a partner, etc.)?

    Yes, I was thinking the same thing. More than likely, the “Composer” is either the owner of The Library; or is their “A&R” and all of the submissions go through them..

    The composer is not the owner, but I think Beats is right in the A&R sense. When I got the auto reply email, it did say the owner is the decision maker or though it seemed.
