    Hi,
A little help about tagging, please.
Many times in the libraries’s Category Menu you see choices with multiple tags and very often i’m not sure if i make the right choice for my tracks.

    EXAMPLE 1
    Lounge/Exotica
Let’s say a track fits 100% to tag “Lounge” but 0% to “Exotica”. Would you choose it?

    EXAMPLE 2 (more complicated)
    CINEMATIC (Main Category)
    – Dramatic, Action, Adventure
    – Suspense, Dark
    – Romantic, Sentimental

    Let’s say a track fits
    – 100% “Dramatic” Tag but 0% “Action, Adventure” and at the same time is
    – 50% Dark +30% Suspense

What do you believe would be the best choice?

Generally, the multiple tags of a subcategory has to be relative with the track at the same time? (even a little)

I say don’t overthink it. In the first example yes, choose it. In the second example choose Dramatic, Action, Adventure and Suspense, Dark. So pick any tag that pretty much fits your music and move on to the next!

Thank you Michael Nickolas. You’re right..i over-analyze it.
My problem is that often i have for example, a dramatic and quiet music and the only category that fits is “Dramatic, Action, Adventure” but i believe that in this category the client expects to find something that is “Dramatic plus Action plus Adventure” .
    Something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqQ6ovFM2jg .

Anyway i understand that i have to pick whatever is closer to the track
