Hi guys,
I was thinking of tagging my videos on youtube to avoid people from downloading it. For example, my voice in the background saying ” this is a blabla composition” a few times in the track, something like that.
I was also thinking of only upload previews in soundcloud and link it to my Pond5 store.
I see a lot of royalty free music videos without any tags and I think it’s important to have them because it’s so easy now to download music from youtube and soundcloud without authorization.
What do you guys think? Are you doing something similar?
soundcloud can be used to summit music to library’s so i guess you could put a preview for your tracks but make some full tracks are set to private so u can still send the full tracks off so they can hear them. if your useing soundcloud for views and opinions on your music however i wouldn’t preview your songs but that’s just me.
