Untimely BMI Payout?

I got a small payout from BMI yesterday… in between royalty payout dates… anyone know what this is for?

Have you checked your BMI account under Royalty Statements? It should tell you what it was for.

Could be a correction on your last BMI statement. I had 2 of these in the past.

Got the explanation. Being a foreign writer they were witholding 30% tax instead of 15% as per the agreement between our countries… This payment was the adjustment.
