Thanks Art, I do have a tunesat, but that doesn’t really help me know the answer to the question. I used to think commercials had a larger payout compared to background tv show placements and was just curious what the general ballpark would be these days for a commercial by a popular fast food chain on network television.

Just went to BMI and their down for maintenance as welll. Seems odd. Is that something they do timing wise? Hacked?

I think you’ll have better success if you make it more personal. If your saying “Hi, want to join library X, here’s a link to my website…”
Then it can sound too spammy. Look through their catalog and comment. ” I like the tension album you guys did , I noticed you don’t have as much of this… here’s a link to songs I did that I feel would be great with your library. Bring them some research and value and they more likely then not at least get back to you. Every library I got accepted to was with this approach. I tried more generic email without research and personalization and never hear back from those.

Since libraries approach alt versions differently, I would submit the full version of your tracks and then if they are interested they will let you know what kind of alts /Stems they need.
