    Wow, thanks everyone!

Looks like I have some research to do but I am happy to hear that some of you have found success with these types of companies.

I appreciate your insight as always! This place is the best

This was an interesting read, thanks for the share!

How do you guys feel about the completed-album approach that he suggested?

I have seen a few composers asking them about their payout structure on social media and they seem very reluctant to give out much info.

    Doesn’t look good at all

    Yeah, my thoughts as well.

If the payout is comparable to other libraries then the model could work but I too am skeptical.

I wonder if the subscription model will start to become more prevalent moving forward.

+1 here for Ableton Live. It can be customized to fit most workflows and with Max for Live you can create just about any feature you need.

It looks strange at first but is 100% worth learning.

Great thread, I am curious about this as well.

I think you are already on the right track with a focus on consistent social media engagement and I look forward to hearing about other approaches.

    Loving this so far.

The Gold hard drive was well worth the price as I can easily install & fire up any instrument in the library without using up my system drive space & waiting on long downloads.

Some of the instruments take a bit of tweaking to get the most out of them but overall I highly recommend this to any composer.

    Cheers!
