While not strictly music libraries I do get a number of requests to list companies that are artist and band centric. In other words they may offer some production music or custom composing but their main goal is placing the music of artists and bands in TV, Film and other video type projects. They usually want to control the publishing and will be listed in the “Music Publishers” category.
