BMI – List of countries that pay royalties

this maybe a simple search in BMI site (or here), but has anyone ever compiled a list of countries that pay royalties (BMI/Audiovisual). i mean i see the usual suspects on my statement (UK. Canada, most of european countries, mexico, brazil, japan, etc) but what about russia and neighboring countries (the stans), middle east? africa? southeast asia i.e. indonesia, malaysia, philippines etc….China? south america (peru, chile, colombia etc), India? AU/NZ?

pretty difficult if one can only base it on personal statements but as a collective could be useful info (like the network list)
