ascap ad claim form

Should I fill out the ad claim form through ascap for a national ad or is this something the library would take care of?

I’m waiting to hear back from the library but wanted to hear some thoughts from the vets.

Fill it out yourself. Never depend on anyone to do you any favors. Go to competitrack.com to get the information about the spot and then download the ASCAP ad and Promo form and fill out all information as accurately as possible and file that claim. Copy and Paste all the information you find at competitrack and send that to ASCAP too.
