cue use in ipad app?

I was contacted by someone wanting to purchase on of my cues from a download site. He asked if the music is ok to use in an ipad app and royalty free. All my music is registered via ascap.

From reading the ascap site, it appears it\\\’s up to me how to get paid, and that no performance payments (cue sheets) are required.

Anyone here have experience with having music used in video games or ipad apps?

I think I got the same email! I told him he can use it for ipad apps/games.  Basically he needs to read the licensing contract from the site he buys from to answer his question.
