I know that the difference between exclusive and non-exclusive has been talked about a million times, but has anyone ever heard of a library that offers an exclusive agreement without taking ownership of the track after either a period or dollar threshold? I can’t really find any library that does this and I’m interested to know if anyone has any first hand experience.
I have heard of a few libraries that offer different scenarios where they give you upfront money for no backend or no upfront for backend, etc, but I feel like all exclusives have ownership implications even with reversion?
