    Scenario,

2 Decades ago, I produced all the music for an Artist, we never did any split sheets or paperwork.

I recently noticed the music gets millions of streams online, that being said, the artist Registered the works with BMI and the Copyright Office and did not list me as a contributor.

Have never seen a dime from my contribution to the works.. I Already filed a claim with BMI, but was denied for lack of paperwork (no split sheets), I have also made numerous of attempts to contact the artist, to no avail.

Any other remedies to the matter, besides pricey lawyers?

In addition, Although the artist has already registered the works with the Library of Congress. Can I Re-Register the works with the Copyright Office, as a seperate Registration, just to give “Constructive Notice” to my claim and contributions in the works?

    Any advise is highly appreciated
