ISRC questions

So i guess i’m confused on this topic and i’m just going to ask at the risk of sounding like an absolute fishy.

I assign ISRC codes to each one of my mixes? (full mixes, loops, beds, stings each get their own?)

And i can embed them in Logic Pro X? when i go to bounce a section i can pull up the write ID3 tags menu and fill in all the info in that pop-up?

This is only what i’ve been able to piece together. Can someone set me straight?
