Licensing Direct

I’ve been approached by a production company to licence a track directly.  They wish to use it over several web videos for a company, it’s low budget, and they want a blanket license so they can use it many time.  Anyone any advise about going about this with regards pricing and contract? Anyone use YouLicense for doing this sort of thing?  Thanks

Before coming up with a price you should know more about the uses. Will the videos be used for advertising or promo? Will they be a flash intro to a home page, used on a business background webpage or in a YouTube type video/animation? Or maybe the videos are a full length program? Also are the videos streaming only or download?
