Missing Pro info on Publisher registered works

I’ve had a few placements with a couple of tracks, but never received any performance royalties from BMI (I have received payments from the publisher)

I finally found the tracks via BMI search and the Publishers info and co-writer info is there, but my affiliation is set to NA and my CAE is set to 0.

Can you claim past performance royalties? Any advice appreciated.

Are you a BMI writer? If so contact BMI to correct. If not then you should sign up with them. Generally you can only go back 3 quarters but I’ve been told that it’s possible to go back further.

I am, I contacted them and eventually they got back and asked for the work numbers, which I sent, but I’ve not heard anything new for weeks.

I find that you have to stay on them. Be a “squeaky wheel”.
