Does anyone self-promote tracks that are signed to an exclusive library?
This may be in the form of posting library track links and descriptions on social-media/linkedin.
    Could there be any downsides?

I would check with the library first.

Generally, no. That’s what the publisher does.

I’m not sure what the point of self promition would be for library work, it’s not like any of the end users are likely to see my posts. Some of my libaries post on various platforms and sometimes my tracks have been used.

Honestly. If you’re not with a library that has a DYNAMITE Sales Team. It’s really no point in doing production music at this time. Concentrate on dealing with the Bigger Fish in the tank. There’s simply no reason to do production music if you’re only making enough money to buy lunch/dinner..

@BEATSLINGER So true, not worth the time, IMHO.

Art. You know my story first-hand, and You know how valuable You are to Me. ALL I did was utilize the information that is CLEARLY provided through your MLR. Seems like people are a lot lazier these days, and would rather ask a bunch of questions. Rather than actually doing the research, and reading the post of people that are in testimony of whether or not a company/library is highly reputable; or just simply a parking lot for your tracks..
