Testing to see whether a song has YouTube Copyright

I have some songs in a non-Exclusive library (getting YouTube play) that I want to send to some other libraries. One library states they will test it on YouTube to see if it triggers copyright notifications.

How can I test the songs before I send them in? If I just create my own video using the song and upload it to YouTube, will I get a notification either way?

Yep but only if they consider it an infringement.
