The Production Music Awards are coming up in November (in the UK) and I was thinking of going along. As far as I can tell this is the third year it will be held, and it looks like it’s been growing steadily each year:

It sounds to me like a good idea and a great way for library composers like us to be recognised. ‘Award winning composer’ would be a nice thing to say about one’s self!
So I wondered if anyone has any experience of it? Anyone been, going, nominated, won in the past, boycotting, indifferent? The only thing that may stop me from attending is the price – £120.00 for a ticket seems expensive!
