Hi Guys
Some of you may have read about my first product, SyncMoodTag, which helps composers/songwriters find mood keywords for their tracks. I’m getting ready to release a major upgrade called SyncMusicTag which will have genres, sub-genres, moods, and keywords. A huge database of choices!Here is my question: When you send your tracks to libraries, what percent of the time is the tagging free-form (e.g. filling out a form or spreadsheet) vs. using checkboxes or drop-down lists?

Roughly 60/40 drop-down or checkboxes. Sometimes a combination. Some have drop-down for instruments and similar artists as well.
