Tunesat Login Issues

Is anyone experiencing issues logging into TuneSat when doing so via Facebook?

Returns the message ‘feature unavailable Facebook login is unavailable for this app’

Other sites that use Facebook login work fine.

Have also reached out to TuneSat but had no response.

Yup, same problem here… Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

If you’re still having trouble logging in let me know. I found a workaround and mine is working fine now.

Tunesat don’t seem to respond to any communication at all.

Still not working for me, so if you have a solution, I’d be curious to know.

Here is the fix.

1. Open up the Facebook that you use to log into tunesat.

2. Click settings and privacy, and then settings.

3. Click apps and websites

4. Find Tunesat then click View and edit

5. Take a note of the long reference number at the bottom where it says about contacting TuneSat.

6. Go back to tunesat login and hit forgot my password

7. Put in that code you copied down

It will then send a password reset to the email accociated with the Facebook account and you can reset it and login. I think this disconnects it from Facebook so you’ll then always have to log in with the number. But it works!
