I just had a pleasant surprise. I submitted a track to FMN a few months back and it was selected for a project. It’s a corporate intranet training video and the video producer asked me to send him a license and invoice.
I’ve never licensed directly before. It’s only a $150 fee, so I really cannot consider hiring a lawyer. Can any of you recommend a source for a licensing agreement and/or advise me of “common pitfalls.”A quick Google search turned up rocketlawyer.com, docstoc.com and a few others. It’s late for me, so I’ll research it tomorrow. Any advice would be appreciated.
