    I have not seen the terms.  I’m really curious if the contract length is for perpetuity.

    Also, even if you don’t have a particular song or cue in any other library but Jingle Punks, there  are still people like myself who sell downloads off of cdbaby.com and Google Add Sense tied to a YouTube video.  I need to find out if this is permissible or not.

    I’ll have to admit that I don’t have a good feeling about this at all.  My gut instinct is telling me to be extremely cautious.  It has always been right in the past.

    Does anybody know the length of their exclusive deal.  Is it for perpetuity?  If so, this scares me.  If you sign, the song/cue is out of your hands.  There is no guarantee they will get any placements.  Also, say they license a cue to ABC.  They may use the cue once on an episode and never use it again.  So much for multiple placements of the same cue.  Again, it’s out of your hands and control.
