    • Thanks Desire Inspires. We have no idea why people want to leave. It’s free to keep your tracks with us and doesn’t require anything from the composers side – and in time you will make sales!
      We are trying so hard to build a community and a site with dedicated composers and clients. The site is really ramping up in terms of sales, so I guess if people aren’t making many sales yet, their tracks aren’t what our clients are looking for.

    • This is the main reason for leaving them,Its exactly because of that ! There is no way to communicate with them at all in a normal way like all the other libraries !(2 days max)
      So on my side I just dont trust libraries that dont have the ability to communicate with me, and when im asking them a question its takes them 2-3 weeks to get an answer ! That not the way to behave to your contributor or clients !

    • Seems there is a small issue. No big deal. We are working hard to try and resolve the issues that people are facing and also sort out our emails. They got hacked! Can’t believe it. Anyway guys, thanks for your interest in selling your music with us. We really do appreciate it.

      And don’t worry – our main focus at the moment is our marketing as sales are very slow for now. So none of you are really missing out too much on sales for the meantime. We also have a slight backlog of tracks we are working through so there is no rush to get your tracks up with us.

      So watch this space and I will update you guys as soon as we can replicate the issues you are facing and have solved the problems. Thanks in the meantime for your patience! We are going to get to the bottom of this! Cheers, Mike

  2. I signed up with these guys a few months ago when they were still Zukkio. Since then I have been unable to get in contact with them so that i can log in to their new site. My tracks are up on the site but no idea about sales or how to follow up now.

    • Thanks Musicmatters. I guess that answers the communication problem, it’s not only my problem it seems. The site seems to be a bit of a mess at this time. I had a few tracks approved in the meantime but my approved track count is still unchanged. I can get into the site and my profile but I’m unable to do anything with it, it’s like nothing works. I like the way the site is set up and when it worked it was really good and functional but things seem to have fallen apart since then.

    • Seems to be OK for me and not seeing any problems. I just had 3 tracks (submitted back in November) approved and put up for the public on Jan. 14th and even got an email notifying me of it. Sorry to hear about other user problems.

      • Thanks Rich. The problem seems to be affecting some people and not others.
        We are trying hard here to figure this out. Bear with us guys! We also had some hack into our emails which is why the communication has been down! Again – apologies! Glad it’s working for some of you. We are working hard to resolve the issues though so check back in 1 week and hopefully it should all be sorted. It seems to be browser specific as we can’t replicate the problem on Safari at all.

  3. Anyone else on here having problems with their uploader of late ? I havn’t been able to upload for several weeks and attempts with communication with them has been pretty well futile ! Really disappointing and frustrating. I’m trying to find out where the problem might be, their end or mine. I have no idea what to do ?

    • I’ve got similar problems as well. Can’t access their messages. Can’t edit or delete tracks. Usually it takes several attempts to even log in. I tried to contact them cause I really wanted to delete a track (I uploaded the wrong file by mistake), they never answered, and now I have the wrong file out there. Pretty bad.

  4. Can somebody clear something up for me?
    On the site it says “trusted by HBO,NBC,CNN” etc yet no cue sheet is required to get paid backend royalties from placements like that?
    To me,the backend payment for those shows would be the incentive so what am I missing here?
