  1. I got this e-mail back from them on 5-2-10 after asking if they were still interested.

Thanks for the follow up sorry it took me a while to get back with you. I just wanted to send a quick update to let you know we are definitely still interested in working with you to include your music in the catalog.
Currently we are updating and revising our writers agreements and as soon as we can get everything complete and back from our attorney I will have more information to send your way. Hopefully we will be ready to move forward very soon. Thanks for your patience. I look forward to working with you in the future. I will plan on getting in touch as soon as we can get the contracts finalized.

    Thanks,

    Joel Schwamburger

Still waiting for that follow up! LOL!

    • Hi Art,

I had the same experience although they actually listed which piece they wanted to market in the body of the email. Like you, I also found them via FMNSubmit.

I think they must’ve fallen off the planet…who knows? They seemed legit to me…looks like they’ve closed up shop according to their listing here. Would love to know what happened…

    • From their submission page: “Please don’t call or send us e-mails. We receive hundreds of submissions every month and cannot personally respond to everybody”.
