    I know it’s optional. I did get a few 1099s from libraries that paid me less than $600

    Maybe if you make less than $600 they don’t send one?

    Thanks. So the first detection was in April 2015 so may not see the $$$ until end of this year at best?

    Just a quick update on this… I was pleased to receive a nice payment for the time I spent on this track. About 60% of what the final project would have paid. 🙂

    You mean “write” another mix? Definitely!! I just hope they don’t use my stems without my knowledge in the future.

    “Call the Nashville office and they should be able to put you in touch with someone. Ask for the Film/TV dept.”

    OK… so I called BMI and they have no trace of cue sheets being filed for this. She seemed a little confused on what I was trying to do (had never heard of Tunesat) but ultimately said I have to find out from NBC Sports where they got the track and have them send me cue sheets. Anyone know who to contact with NBC Sports?? Thanks.

    That’s the thing… I have no idea where it was licensed. The track has been used 9 times on NBC Sports from January-July.

    I’ve wondered this, too. I’ve had one track used several times on NBC Sports’ NASCAR specials (Tunesat detections) and yet have never seen any PRO royalties from this. So I assume the track was licensed on an RF site. Thoughts??
