Thanks once again for all the advice Mark. To be completely honest with you, I’m still trying to figure out which path will be best for me in the music world. I think I can say without being cocky that I have talent, but I also am aware of how saturated the trailer music industry is. At the same time, I think trailer music could be a great avenue for me to pursue while I’m in college.
I don’t know where I’m really going here, but I guess I’d ask how you made yourself stand out in such a competitive/saturated industry.
SirDortParticipantThank you very much – the advice you’re giving is so applicable. I’ve listened to your pieces before but I’m going to again while keeping the things you mentioned in mind.

But if I sign with a non-exclusive and it doesn’t go well, isn’t it no harm no foul, or is my common sense leading me wrong here?
SirDortParticipantThen what’s the conclusion? What’s too many? 15, 20, 25?
SirDortParticipantGlad you clarified that, as I thought it meant that you could withdraw your tracks at any time. Important distinction!
SirDortParticipantCorrect.

Should mention that this isn’t going anywhere, but still a good representation of my style.
