You give up all rights to performance royalties.

All Genres (downtempo, lounge, pop, jazz, blues, R&B, ambient, rock, world, new age & classical). Not interested in very hard styles such as death metal, industrial ambient for example. Also interested in regional folk music collections.

Will entertain the ability to set prices.

  1. Anyone have opinions on this kind of deal? Seems kind of like an Ambient Music Garden type library. Couldn’t find any ins for submitting and not sure I want to yet. Would like some opinions on their performance royalty (or lack of it)thing.

      • Just went back and checked the email where I was accepted by Ambient Music Garden. You’re right they have Background Music, also RadioGaia.com royalty free Music.fm and also Electronic-Music-Library.com.
Guy told me my music would fit with a few of their libraries.
Fortunately, none of them are on the Audiosparx bad list. lol
        Thanks
        Pat
