    Hi there ere’body!

I had an ad for a startup outdoor furniture company that started airing about a year and a half ago; licensed for broadcast and OTT in North America, www perpetuity World Wide to run for two years. I recently got an international distribution listing the ad being broadcast in other markets worldwide (not just www – specifics yet to be confirmed by my PRO).

The question is, do I get after the agency/production company handling the license ask them for breach penalties and additional license fees or the company using the ad outside of the licensed terms?

Many thanks to all for your wisdom and thoughts!!

It may be allowed in the fine print of your contract. Have you contacted the company that licensed it? It seems to me that would be the first step.
