I’m not sure why I come across as unskilled or naive in the technology field, perhaps is my choice of the word ‘understand’ that has misguided opinions and fired lectures at me (which I normally administer to others…so I guess it’s ok).

For the ones still interested in looking at future scenarios with an open mind, curiosity and , dare I say, self preservation, there’s one more issue: if for the composers of tomorrow becomes perfectly normal to write in assembling blocks fashion, even melodic blocks, how would someone assign copyright to a track? How would a musicologist react to that?

Could this be another sign of the end of copyright as we know it?
