Hi Art, it’s WordPress.
I started it myself, but could not get many details to work so that’s why I hired the web designer.
I don’t have the skills or the time to finish it.

Update. So I started creating my website and my web designer up and quit recently with the website half finished, after nearly a year of working on it.

I contacted BMI and asked them if they could help with royalties ‘stuck’ in Brazil (did not answer that specifically) and whether they knew of this company (they said to do more research about the company and reach out to colleagues. I was a bit disappointed in their answer….

Is it BMI’s job to find royalties in other countries, or should I join the Brazil PRO myself?

Is anyone using this software these days? On a mac? I see comments on using it with Linux and Windows, but not a mac, which I am using. Or does it not matter which platform?

So it appears that if one has a standard contract with libraries where the library owns the publishing, HFA will send money to the library (publisher) and not the composer.

Amazon S3 handles storage. I’ve heard that downloading and streaming can add up on S3, do you pay a lot on months where there are a lot of uploads and downloads/streaming?

Art, for your website how do you handle the large amount of storage to hold all the files?
From what I understand, what costs the most for a website is not the storage, but it’s streaming and downloading that can get expensive. How do you handle it and who do you use?

Will HFA be helpful to me if I have my songs primarily with non-exclusive libraries and those libraries act as the publisher?
