What can we do to pass on our revenue streams after passing on? Those cues are gifts that keep on giving and I want to be sure my family receives all money I would have earned.
Thoughts?
I’m not a lawyer but they would be an asset and part of your estate. I imagine you could will them to anyone you want. You would need to make sure that your heirs would know where everything was.
You should also consult a lawyer on how to properly set up.
