So far I haven’t installed the bundled software. At some point I will give it a try.
Art MunsonKeymaster@GaryW. I haven’t installed the bundle software yet. Been using it with my regular soft synths without problems.
@Greg. Mine were a bit tough to move the first time but do move. Not much travel in them though.Years ago I had that weird midi guitar from Yamaha with plastic strings. Ugh! This device is amazing and wireless. I’m in heaven!
Art MunsonKeymasterI’m lovin’ the Triple Play, it really is pretty slick. How are the rest of you faring?
Art MunsonKeymasterThanks for your response!
I know those 15 measly tracks are just the beginning of a beginning. At some point I will have 25, and then 50, and then 100… I’m just eager to start submitting, as opposed to simply hoarding those tracks. 🙂
Can you elaborate a little on the idea of a pre-packaged album? What does that generally consist of in the library music world?
Art MunsonKeymasterSorry Rob, misunderstood. The best place to pose that question is here:
Art MunsonKeymasterA number of the sites listed on MLR also accept vocal tracks. If you have a subscription you can search for libraries that do. There is a search function, in the library listings, where you can filter for “vocals”.
Art MunsonKeymasterCongrats Gary!
Art MunsonKeymasterGot mine the other day and installed yesterday. Easy to set up but wouldn’t know it by the instructions! Only played with it a it but so far so good.
Art MunsonKeymasterI’ve had a number of commercials from 4 different libraries.

Art MunsonKeymasterI’m certainly not calling producers or editors on shows every time I see one show up on my Tunesat or BMI statement. But, if I think money is being left on the table I will. ‘Nuff said.
Art MunsonKeymasterA couple of them no but they didn’t run that long. This latest one only started running last Dec but has thousands of uses so I have high hopes. I did get copies of all which was another reason to track them down. I also collected one rather large license fee from a placement where they did a direct license to ESPN.
Art MunsonKeymaster@B Minus. I just tried it here and no problem. Answering one poll does not prevent you from answering the others. Try clearing your cache and cookies or another browser.

Art MunsonKeymasterI guess I should make my point clearer, it all depends.
For ordinary placements on broadcast TV, I don’t. It’s only when I find commercials running that I’m fairly certain have been purchased off of RF sites. I want to make sure a jingle data sheet gets filed with BMI and most of those folks don’t have a clue. My latest track down is a commercial that has run thousands of times since Dec. 2012, on numerous networks and is still running. It was purchased off of an RF site, they didn’t have a clue about BMI and there was no problem with me asking. I’ve done this about 4 or 5 times over the last few years and no ones ever given me grief about it.
