Thanks for all of the comments. Great info. I think it would be a good work out musically, and probably physically! Some further questions, if you all have time: How many different styles/and or moods, and what percentage of each kind? Is that dictated by the show or supervisor? How much time do you have, 1 week, 2 weeks? Really appreciate all of the inside on this forum!
OverDubParticipantJust going by their website. https://tunesat.com/tunesatportal/home/pricing Hope that helps. Even my old free account is showing newer detections, so it looks like they are doing 50 free a month, which is great.
OverDubParticipantYes, looks like mine kicked in too. I thought it might have something to do with their website change.
OverDubParticipantThanks for the reply. Guess I’m not alone then!
OverDubParticipantI have a free account, and according to the website they are now giving 50 free detections a month. Has anyone received any new detections on the free account. I sent in a ticket to tunesat support. Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble. Thanks!
OverDubParticipantHi. I have had most of my non-exclusives with a library registered with BMI, by the library and the prod company. Is that what your are refering to?
OverDubParticipantThanks for all of the reponses. I was thinking 6 months-year for “no response” libraries, so it sounds like we are mostly on the same page. Most rejections weren’t “we didn’t like your music” but more like “we don’t have anything like that planned at this time…etc.” (Which may actually mean “we’re definitely never interested!” hehe!)
OverDubParticipantFor the past 10 years I’ve been a studio/road musician. I’ve been writing TV music for about 3 Years now. Hoping to go full time writing cues in the next few years!
