How can I tell if a publisher re-titled my track

Hello – I am a member of BMI, I have some tracks that were previously with a few non-exclusive publishers. I now wish to submit them to a library that states it will take the tracks, but wants to ensure they have not been retitled.

Finding out some of my tracks are retitled is easy, because the non-exclusive publisher registers them as a series of numbers and it shows up in as a BMI registered track for me. However, is it possible that a publisher retitled a track and it does not show up in my registered library? Perhaps they registered it with ASCAP instead of BMI? Is there any easy way to find out if a publisher retitled a track? Thanks!
