    I know guys who make significant coin with exculsive (no upfront) libraries in the UK with only a couple of hundred tracks. They compose 2-3 cues a week on average. As has been said it’s the relationships that get you the opportunities not just the quality of your work. Just like any in demand industry.

    It can take me up to a year to produce a cue! 😀 But usually around 5-7 days, that’s for trailer stuff. Cues for commercial pitches generally take me 1-2 days. And I don’t really have time to write non-exclusive tv/RF stuff after that.
