First I would like to thank everyone that commented on my last post.

Should I register my music for copyright before I take it to the studio for mixing and mastering? I’m trying to save as much money as I can.

    Thanks,

Others feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but I think it has been brought up before, if the plan is later to go after someone for copyright infringement it is usually not cost effective to copyright everything track by track, as you probably won’t recoup the legal frees from the use of your track. Has happened I suppose but generally doesn’t. You can copyright a CD with several of your tracks as a collection then maybe it’s more worth it, my opinion.
