    Yes,it’s ok to do that.Maybe you can put the EIN prefix before the number,although i don’t
    believe it’s necessary.

    Just out of curiosity: did you ask her if there’s a difference between EIN and ITIN?

    I did’t ask, because as it stated in this article it should be the same?

    I called ASCAP and first she told me that i need ITIN and i told her that EIN is the same and then she said: ‘ok, if you think it is the same put it in?’ hehe i don’t know, but it sounds funny to me. She wasn’t too convincing.

    I remember in,at least,one contract i’ve signed,the library asked for a “SSN or EIN” so,i think both ITIN and EIN have the same effect.
    Plus many other artists got a EIN over the phone.

    I think you’re done with the paperwork!

    i looked and on publisher apllication for ASCAP you have option: SSN/ITIN/TIN/EIN
    but for writer it is only SSN/ITIN, that’s strange. But as it looks it should then be the same?
