Hello, I’m new around here, this is my first post…

A while ago I made an album which was distributed through iTunes. I have since uploaded it to places like Audiosparx. I’ve just checked on youtube and they’re recognised as follows:

    If you use this song
    Playback: Viewable worldwide
Monetisation: You can’t monetise your video
    If you perform a cover
    Playback: Viewable worldwide
    Monetisation: Eligible for revenue sharing

Does this mean these tracks are identified under content ID?

If so I guess I need to remove them from Audiosparx and similar libraries?

Thanks in advance for your advice,

    Matt

Update: These tracks have copyright claimed by the distributor (AWAL). I’m probably going to remove the tracks from AWAL to then remove the YouTube problem…

    Yes.

That’s correct. Keep all of your music out of YouTube Content ID if you want to sell it on RF sites.

Thanks Art, I thought that was the case. I going to request a takedown of my music that’s distributed by AWAL so I should be free to pursue selling these tracks through RF sites…
