I wrote these 3.tracks and would like to hear your opinion. I was thinking about trying to make an instr. album with e-guitar & piano at heart (thats what I enjoy creating atm) with the intention to seek out music libraries. So I was hoping for feedback and ideas where to try to apply. Ive had tracks on RF sites before and was looking to make a next step.
This is what I have atm:
Thank you very much for your help.January 8, 2022 at 2:08 pm #39356Art MunsonKeymaster

I think your music definitely has a place in the production music world. My best selling tracks have been either piano solo or piano-centric compositions. So, there is a market. Try Jingle Punks and see what happens.January 9, 2022 at 2:45 am #39358MoKaParticipant
Thank you for your time and help. It is very much appreciated and great to hear. A bit of a relief tbh.
Great, I am gonna check them out.
I was wondering, if I should write 10-12 tracks in a similair style first and then reach out or reach out with these 3 to test the waters and offer to write an album if they would like me too.
I also read about alternate mixes. You mentioned solo piano compositions, so maybe a stripped down versions. Is this sth one discusses with the library ppl or should I have them ready.
Thank you 🙂January 9, 2022 at 8:52 pm #39360jdt9517Participant
5 to 7 tracks would be ideal In the old days it used to be 3 tracks max. I think it’s changed some now. Don’t worry about alternate mixes at this stage. Test the waters with your main tracks. Any library will let you know about alt mixes after they give you the initial interest.
